👋 I’m Fabrizia {Fab}, an HR virtuoso whose journey into the intricate world of human resources was ignited by a deep-seated fascination with Work and Organizational psychology.

What started as a curiosity has blossomed into a career marked by a relentless passion for matching amazing talents with amazing companies, and building processes, teams, and comprehensive HR strategies from scratch… all of this while having fun along the way and irradiate trust in others.

Fluent in three languages, having spent a decade abroad, married with a Dutch husband, having a team spread around EU and Asia, we bring a rich tapestry of multicultural insights to the table.
